Numerous maintenance issues like broken window fittings, inconsistent hot water supply, and unreliable WiFi connectivity need addressing!!! The outdated elevator creates inconvenience when accessing higher floors. Some corridors could use a refresh with new paintings!!!

Rome vibes all night long 🇮🇹✨

Location was super lekker, just a few steps from Termini. The air con? Killer! Made our stay a bit more comfy. Staff were friendly and gave us good tips for exploring the city.

Shower was a bit of a disaster, holder was broken so it was a mission to use it without flooding the bathroom!

the hotel was perfectly situated just a few steps from major attractions like the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore the city's landmarks and parks. The staff were friendly and provided us with a helpful city map upon arrival which enhanced our walking experience around the area.
